Fleet Officer

Company Overview:
A well-established contracting and maintenance company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Fleet Officer to manage and oversee our company’s transport operations, vehicle maintenance, and tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the company’s fleet of over 100 vehicles and machines.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, repairs, and servicing.
• Coordinate with workshops and service providers for timely maintenance.
• Track vehicles using GPS systems and ensure proper utilization.
• Maintain detailed reports for each vehicle and machine (fuel, service, and performance logs).
• Assign daily duties and routes to drivers and equipment operators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and registration renewals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet Officer or similar role.
• Proven experience managing a large fleet (100+ vehicles and machines).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, GPS tracking, and reporting systems.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
