Fleet Operations Coordinator cum Driver

Job Responsibilities:

1. Regional Management
Take ownership of assigned operational zones, ensuring timely vehicle deployment and issue resolution. Monitor fleet availability (idle/active vehicles) and optimize resource allocation.

2. Execution & Communication
Execute dispatch plans with precision while adhering to SOPs.
Proactively report challenges and propose data-backed solutions to management.

3. Data Management
Maintain real-time updates of vehicle status, delivery metrics, and incident logs.
Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel or logistics software.

4. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with drivers, vendors, and government bodies (e.g., transport authorities) as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years in logistics/transportation operations

3. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

4. Excellent communication skill in English and Arabic

5. Valid UAE Manual driving license with driver experience
