Job Summary:

Happy Nation LLC seeks a Fleet Optimization Specialist to support commercial trucking operations. The position involves fleet coordination, maintenance scheduling, operational support, recordkeeping, and transportation-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily fleet operations for company-owned and owner-operator vehicles.
• Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain fleet records, service logs, maintenance schedules, and operational reports.
• Monitor vehicle availability and operational readiness.
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, vendors, and service providers.
• Assist with compliance-related fleet documentation.
• Support procurement of maintenance services, parts, and supplies.
• Prepare internal fleet and operational reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, automotive service, fleet support, or commercial transportation operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and management.
• Practical knowledge of commercial vehicle maintenance coordination processes.
