Fleet Performance Analyst

Job Overview

Darbk Tires is looking for a data-driven Fleet Performance Analyst to support fleet customers through performance analysis, cost optimization, and operational insights related to commercial truck tires.

This role focuses on analyzing real-world fleet data to improve tire mileage, cost per kilometer, uptime, and overall operational efficiency . The ideal candidate understands fleet operations, tire behavior in different applications, and can translate data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze fleet tire performance data (mileage, wear rate, failures, downtime).
• Calculate and monitor Cost per Kilometer (CPK) and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Identify performance gaps related to tire selection, application, pressure, load, and rotation practices.
• Prepare clear analytical reports and dashboards for internal teams and fleet customers.
• Support field teams with data-backed insights during fleet discussions and trials.
• Track performance by tire size, tread pattern, application, and operating conditions.
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance tire life and reduce operating costs.
• Maintain structured databases for fleet performance benchmarking and trend analysis.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in fleet operations, maintenance, or performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck operations and tire performance fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work with operational data and convert it into insights.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with truck & bus tires (TBR).
• Exposure to fleet KPIs such as utilization, downtime, and operating costs.
• Background in logistics, ready-mix concrete, construction, or transport fleets.

Work Location

• Saudi Arabia
• Field interaction with fleet customers may be required.
