As Renault MAIS, one of the OYAK Group companies, we are looking for a Fleet Regional Sales Coordinator.
MAIS (Motor Vehicles Manufacturing and Sales A.S.) was established on January 10, 1968 as an OYAK Group company and presented the first Renault brand car to the Turkish consumer in 1971. As the General Distributor of Renault, Dacia, and Alpine automotive brands in Turkey, 51% of the shares of MAIS belong to the OYAK group and 49% to the Renault Group. MAIS continues its after-sales services by selling passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and spare parts of Renault and Dacia brands in Turkey.
MAIS, which has 4 branches (Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir and Bursa) and 76 authorized dealers throughout Turkey, provides sales services at 116 points and after-sales services at 145 points throughout Turkey.

Responsibilities

Achieving monthly fleet targets (new vehicle sales),

Monitoring monthly visit reports of active sales teams at Authorized Dealers,
-
Monitoring monthly whether discounts given in line with the fleet budget are used by their purpose,
-
Ensuring that actions and strategies are prepared with active sales teams to gain new fleets for our brands,
-
Ensuring that decisions and applications taken with Commercial Actions are carried out by the targets by Authorized Dealer teams working together,
-
Creating and reporting fleet analysis in regions for our brands,
-
Visiting fleet customers of strategic importance with active sales teams or alone,
-
Conducting inspections of fleet sales made at certain periods, coordinating external audits, detecting possible nonconformities and preventing recurrence,

Determining vehicle demands of Fleet Customers, ensuring coordination with the supply unit, and controlling the supply process according to customer demands,
-
Discussing visit topics and findings with the sales manager and authorized dealer at the end of the dealer visit, evaluating previous action plans and creating new action plans,

Conducting fleet market analysis in the region,

Daily fleet communicating discount rates to the network and the customer.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields,

At least 3 years of experience and knowledge in Fleet Sales and Regional Sales,

Has a commercial and analytical perspective,

High focus on analysis and problem solving,

Has English speaking and writing skills,

Process-oriented, high communication skills.
