Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments, and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage the sales pipeline while fostering relationships with clients to drive high-end sales. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve fleet sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and analyze performance metrics.
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote fleet offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight fleet features and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure availability of vehicles for sale.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance on best practices in sales management and customer engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly within B2B environments or automobile sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Experience in retail sales or dealership operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in public speaking.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
