Fleet Services Co-ordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Services Co-ordinator to manage daily fleet operations, fuel distribution scheduling, and vehicle compliance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and LDO (Light Diesel Oil) logistics, safety procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle movements
  • Schedule deliveries and dispatch of LPG & LDO tankers
  • Monitor fuel consumption, trip sheets, and delivery records
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Liaise with drivers, clients, and operations team
  • Maintain vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules
  • Track GPS and driver performance
  • Handle permits, gate passes, and documentation
  • Report breakdowns, delays, and incidents immediately
  • Maintain accurate fuel inventory and stock records

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in fleet coordination
  • Mandatory experience in LPG & LDO operations
  • Knowledge of fuel safety procedures and transport regulations
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage drivers and schedules efficiently
  • Familiarity with MS Excel & reporting
  • Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in tanker operations / fuel distribution companies
  • Knowledge of HSE standards
  • GPS tracking & dispatch software experience
