Fleet Supervisor / Fleet Operations Officer

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to manage and oversee our car fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cash collection from drivers, record keeping, vehicle tracking, and overall fleet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect daily/weekly cash from drivers and maintain proper records

• Manage driver accounts, income, and expense reports

• Monitor vehicles through GPS tracking systems

• Ensure regular vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs

• Coordinate with drivers regarding schedules, issues, and performance

• Track fuel usage, vehicle condition, and operational efficiency

• Maintain accurate fleet reports and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fleet management, car rental, or ride-hailing operations

• Basic knowledge of accounts and record keeping

• Experience using GPS tracker systems and mobile apps

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Honest, responsible, and well-organized personality

• Ability to ride a bike or drive a car (preferred)
