Position Overview

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, managing drivers, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high performance standards tied to healthcare contracts. This role directly impacts patient care access, operational efficiency, and contract retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily fleet operations (drivers, vehicles, dispatch coordination)• Manage on-time performance (OTP), trip completion, and service quality• Enforce compliance with HIPAA, Medi-Cal, and safety regulations• Supervise, coach, and discipline drivers• Monitor vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness• Coordinate with dispatch to resolve real-time operational issues• Handle incidents, complaints, and service recovery• Track and report KPIs daily and weekly• Optimize routing, utilization, and cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in fleet, transportation, or logistics supervision• REQUIRED: Healthcare transportation experience (NEMT, EMS, hospital transport)• Proven leadership managing 10+ employees• Strong understanding of compliance (HIPAA, safety regulations)• Experience with dispatch or routing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with health plans, SNFs, dialysis centers, hospitals• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)• Experience scaling operations or multi-location management

Pay: $47,872.97 - $69,696.48 per year
