Role Overview
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Wagon Delivery Services, ensuring smooth coordination between drivers, staff, and management. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high service standards while managing a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Manage and coordinate driver schedules, routes, and assignments.
- Ensure vehicles and staff are operating in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Handle client requests, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Train, guide, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of operations, attendance, and reports for management.
- Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Work closely with management to implement company policies and improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor (transportation, limousine, or hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, scheduling tools).
- Valid driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
