FLEET TECHNICIAN

Entry-Level Mechanic Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Execute basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, battery installations, and fluid top-offs.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks, identifying any safety concerns and necessary repairs.
• Develop skills in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Adhere to and maintain company safety standards and protocols.
• Effectively communicate with team members and customers, explaining repair needs and services performed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive training or prior entry-level experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work under the guidance of a lead technician and learn diagnostic procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
