As a Fleet Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle care through detailed cleaning, detailing, buffing, and custodial services, ensuring every vehicle meets high standards of presentation and safety. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our fleet and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of fleet vehicles, including interior vacuuming, washing, polishing, and buffing to maintain a pristine appearance
• Conduct regular car washes using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure vehicles are spotless and well-maintained
• Apply window tinting film accurately and efficiently on fleet vehicles as needed
• Execute janitorial and custodial tasks within vehicle storage areas to uphold cleanliness standards
• Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups such as buffing scratches or blemishes to improve vehicle aesthetics
• Maintain detailed records of all cleaning and maintenance activities for each vehicle in the fleet management system
• Support driving duties when necessary, including transporting vehicles for service or delivery purposes

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or automotive detailing is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with car wash procedures, buffing, polishing, or detailing work
• Knowledge of custodial or janitorial practices related to vehicle care or facility cleanliness
• Familiarity with window tinting techniques and safety protocols is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; previous driving experience is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions meticulously
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
