Position Summary

The Flex Floater - Operations Support position at Maxwell Park is a full-time operational role that provides flexible support across multiple areas of the business. This role assists with deliveries, warehouse operations, and office support as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of company activities. Because operational priorities can change frequently, this position's responsibilities may vary daily or weekly.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Operations Administrator.

Schedule

This is a full-time position. Work schedules may vary weekly depending on operational needs, delivery schedules, and company priorities. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing daily tasks.

Core Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

● Operate a company vehicle to transport products, materials, and supplies to designated locations.

● Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

● Assist with loading and unloading products during deliveries.

● Maintain delivery records and confirm documentation when required.

Warehouse Support

● Assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory.

● Load and unload shipments and assist with product movement within the warehouse.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

● Assist with inventory tracking and counts as needed.

Office Support

● Provide administrative support, including data entry and document organization.

● Assist with general office operations and coordination.

● Support team members with operational tasks and internal logistics.

Flexible Operational Support

● Adapt to shifting operational needs and responsibilities.

● Provide support across departments as directed by leadership.

● Assist with various operational tasks necessary for the continued success of Maxwell Park.

Qualifications

● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to lift and move inventory when required.

● Basic computer and administrative skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

● Flexibility and reliability in handling changing responsibilities.

Compensation

● Salary: $35,000 annually

● Bonus: Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonuses

Pay: $35,000.00 per year
