Oliver’s Nannies is expanding our FlexCare team in the Sinking Spring and Reading areas! We’re looking for reliable, warm, and professional caregivers who love working with children and want a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle.

Whether you prefer occasional date‑night jobs, last‑minute shifts, or filling in for families who need short‑term support, this role offers variety, autonomy, and meaningful work

Position: FlexCare Nanny/Babysitter

Location: Sinking Spring & Reading, PA

Schedule: Flexible — you choose your availability

Job Type: Part‑time, as‑needed

**Please Note: Our office is located in Center Valley, PA. Interviews can be conducted virtually but applicants will need to come to office for orientation**

• Provide safe, engaging care for children of various ages
• Support families during date nights, last‑minute needs, or occasional daytime shifts
• Follow household routines and expectations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families and our team

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience professionally working with infants, toddlers, and young children in a home for a consistent period of time with the same family or families. (1 year per family preferred)
• Strong English communication skills are essential for this position. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to perform household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, meal preparation, and preschool activities (may be required, as needed)
• Willingness to work with pets (including but not limited to dogs and cats)
• Flexibility and adaptability in terms of scheduling, tasks, and households.
• Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Reliable Transportation.
• CPR/First Aid preferred, or open to obtaining
• Current Physical
• PPD and results
• Documentation of MMR's (measles, mumps, rubella)
