Oliver’s Nannies is expanding our FlexCare team in the Sinking Spring and Reading areas! We’re looking for reliable, warm, and professional caregivers who love working with children and want a flexible schedule that fits their lifestyle.

Position: FlexCare Nanny/Babysitter
Location: Sinking Spring & Reading, PA
Schedule: Flexible — you choose your availability
Job Type: Part‑time, as‑needed
**Please Note: Our office is located in Center Valley, PA. Interviews can be conducted virtually but applicants will need to come to office for orientation**

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience professionally working with infants, toddlers, and young children in a home for a consistent period of time with the same family or families. (1 year per family preferred)
- Strong English communication skills are essential for this position. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to perform household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, meal preparation, and preschool activities (may be required, as needed)
- Willingness to work with pets (including but not limited to dogs and cats)
- Flexibility and adaptability in terms of scheduling, tasks, and households.
- Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Reliable Transportation.
- CPR/First Aid preferred, or open to obtaining
- Current Physical
- PPD and results
- Documentation of MMR's (measles, mumps, rubella)
