Job Title: Senior QA Analyst Job Summary

The Senior QA Analyst will support changes, new projects, day-to-day production activities, and development efforts to meet the bank's evolving business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing system feasibility, developing specifications, supporting web services/application development, and ensuring smooth production and UAT cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Core Banking systems and integration interfaces
• Strong understanding of Banking FRS (Functional Requirements Specification) & SRS (Software Requirements Specification)
• Prepare clear and actionable deliverables for relevant teams
• Coordinate with business teams, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and define best practices
• Develop Web Services (APIs), Oracle procedures, and stubs based on IRDs
• Coordinate with business teams for issue handling
• Provide solutions & clarifications on parameters and configurations
• Support Production & UAT cycles with timely issue resolution
• Perform sanity testing for fixes and parameter changes
• Handle fix deployments and EOD support when required

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong understanding of Core Banking Architecture
• In-depth knowledge of Flexcube Core Banking (Oracle FCUB) - technical & functional
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in complex Core Banking environments
• Ability to multitask, manage critical issues, and interact effectively with business & IT stakeholders
• Experience designing technical solutions and strategies aligned with business needs
• Ability to build trust, credibility, and cross-team collaboration
