Position Overview

My Boulder Babysitter + Nanny is expanding and seeking to add high-quality, reliable babysitters to our team. We are currently hiring:

• 3–4 babysitters in Boulder County
• 2–3 babysitters in the Denver Metro area (central Denver preferred)

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity designed for individuals who want to choose their own schedule and pick up babysitting shifts that align with their availability.

About Our Agency

We are a well-established, hands-on childcare agency serving Boulder County and the Denver Metro area. Unlike traditional job boards, we actively support both families and caregivers to ensure a professional, consistent, and positive experience.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Set your own availability
• We fill your schedule with as few or many jobs as you'd like
• Opportunities include:
• Daytime care
• Evening and weekend babysitting
• Afterschool care
• Backup care
• Daytime support shifts

Compensation

• $19-35/hour for one child
• $20-37.50/hour for two children
• $21-40/hour for three children
• Additional pay for more kids, no more than 4 at a time per sitter
• Rates depend on experience, and time on our team

Additional compensation may apply for:

• Travel outside standard service areas
• Additional responsibilities beyond standard childcare

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, safe, and engaging care for children of various ages
• Lead age-appropriate activities and play
• Prepare simple meals and snacks
• Maintain cleanliness of play areas and kitchen used during care
• Support evening routines, including bedtime when needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families

Qualifications

• Prior childcare experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.)
• Strong references
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working with a variety of ages, including infants as young as 3 months
• Proactive and able to manage a shift independently
• Strong communication skills

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to commute within your selected service area
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
