About the Role:

As a Flexible Evening Caregiver, you will provide in-home care to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks, medication reminders, and providing emotional encouragement. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our healthcare teams to ensure our clients receive the highest quality care. Whether in private homes or facility settings, your role will be vital to helping our clients live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene

• Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health

• Provide medication reminders and support

• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement

• Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers

• Assist with meal prep and nutritional support

• Document care accurately and report changes to the office

• Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a caregiver, or similar

• Dementia care experience

• Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility

• Reliable, compassionate, and communicative

• High school diploma or equivalent

Position Details:

• Pay: Starting at $17 per hour

• Expected Hours: 12-30 per week
