Flexible position for Landscaper/Gardener - Independent Contractor

Flexible part-time weekday position. We typically work between the hours of 9:30-4:30 Mon-Thurs picking up Fridays during the peak of the season then dropping back down to Mon-Thurs.

Must have gardening experience

We provide chemical free maintenance and are passionate about creating ecologically friendly, diverse gardens that bring life to our clients yards!

This is a hands-on position focusing on garden installation and maintenance services.

Looking for people that love being outdoors, work hard, are dependable and like being active.

Job Duties:

• Planting
• Weeding
• Plant removal/sod removal
• Laying mulch media and/or sheet mulch
• Digging
• Relocating plants/transplanting
• Pruning small trees and bushes
• Laying stepping stone paths
• Adding borders to garden beds
• Planting and maintaining seasonal planters

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle to drive to and from job sites. Most sites are in West suburbs and Minneapolis.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in all types of outdoor conditions including work in the heat for multiple hours.
• Ability to download an app on their phone (for time tracking, and schedules)

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
