FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST - BENEFITS ANALYST: YOUR ROLE

In this role, you'll process eligibility and claims for flexible spending accounts, assist team members, and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax. You'll ensure IRS compliance, collaborate with internal departments, and support HR during plan implementation and renewals, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and team success.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Professional phone skills
• High attention to detail
• Familiarity with word processing programs
• Positive team player
• Excellent attendance

Leadership experience, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, and the ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter are preferred.

YOUR HOURS

This is a full-time position: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime available.
