We’re currently hiring experienced weekday nannies who want flexibility, without having to find, negotiate, and invoice families themselves.

Here's How It Works

• You set your weekday and/or weekend availability.
• View open bookings within your availability.
• Choose the shifts you want to pick up, no pressure.
• We handle payment, payroll taxes, and are here to support you!

You’re in control of your schedule, we handle the backend.

Competitive Pay

• Starting at $20/hour
• $2 extra per hour for last-minute bookings
• $3 extra per hour for late night sits (11:00 pm and after)

W-2 Employment
We handle payroll taxes and compliance so you don’t have to think about it.

No Driving Required
All care is in the family’s home. No transporting children.

Professional Support
If an issue arises during a shift, you’re never alone, our team is here to support you.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience (nannying, daycare, preschool, teaching, etc.) (1 year may be substituted with related education)
• Experience with infants through school-age children
• CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable transportation within the Portland metro area
• Strong communication skills
• Must pass a national background check
