Flexo Machine Operator

BEST OPPORTUNITY, WORK IN THE UAE!!!We are seeking an experienced Flexo Machine Operator responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to ensure high-quality label production while adhering to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and handle flexographic printing machines efficiently.
• Perform accurate printing setup, registration, and quality checks to ensure optimal printing results.
• Mix inks as per job specifications and maintain color consistency.
• Handle, install, and maintain printing plates and dies correctly.
• Monitor print quality throughout production and report deviations.
• Maintain overall machine cleanliness, hygiene, and basic maintenance.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and ISO/GMP requirements.
• Ensure safe handling of materials, tools, and chemicals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Flexo Printing Machine Operator.
• Knowledge of ink mixing, plate mounting, and die handling.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety requirements.
• Team-oriented with a responsible work attitude.

Qualifications
High school diploma, ITI, or diploma in Printing Technology or related field
1–4 years of experience operating flexographic printing machines (or similar printing equipment)
Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsPreferred:

• 1 year of experience in the label printing industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 environments.
