This is a full-time on-site role for a Flexo Operator located in Faisalabad. The Flexo Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses. Daily tasks will include preparing printing plates, adjusting machine settings, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting issues, cleaning equipment, and ensuring that production deadlines are met while maintaining high quality standards.

• Experience in setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses
• Proficiency in preparing printing plates and adjusting machine settings
• Ability to monitor print quality and troubleshoot issues
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the packaging or printing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
