Flexo Printer Operator

• Education: Technical training in printing/packaging
• Experience: 3–5 years in cement paper bag or carton products, proven experience in operating flexographic printing machines. Knowledge of inks, substrates (kraft paper, film, etc.), and color matching.
• Role: Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed packaging materials. Ensures efficiency, print accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Machine setup (cylinder/plate mounting, material loading)
• Review job orders, artwork, and specifications
• Monitor and control print quality (color consistency, alignment, clarity)
• Adjust machine settings (tension, pressure, speed, drying units)
• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Inspect products for defects and compliance
• Record production data (output, waste, downtime, materials used)
• Follow safety and housekeeping standards
