  • This is a REMOTE role! We are looking for individuals who are comfortable working out of their home office.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and support blueprinting.
  • Create process maps, PowerPoint presentations and excel type wireframes.
  • Assist with writing technology-focused test scenarios, test scripts, and execute test scripts.
  • Support with creating training materials in multiple mediums.
  • Manage agile user stories in various systems.
  • Track attendance, in-person and/or virtual event set up and support. Consolidate post event feedback scoring, create, and summarize questionnaire.
  • Catalog and track the following: project artifacts, gaps, process map library, test scripts, user manuals and/or any other training materials, etc.
  • Summarize weekly core team status updates and track actional items from status to completion.
  • Understand and support overall internal processes & systems.
  • Assist with ensuring that technical and functional requirements are designed into the end-to-end solution.
  • Support FlexPLM Process Lead to create new approaches to solve problems and grow business.
  • Able to assist with proposing high level PLM solution designs to improve and/or optimize existing product development processes.
  • Work with business partners, Subject Matter Experts (SME) and other stakeholders to define and document business requirements.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2-3+ years working in Information Technology, preferably with an emphasis around business process
  • 2-3+ years' experience with FlexPLM between vertically integrated retail businesses
