Flight and Dispatch Coordinator

About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Flight and Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our private charter operations safe, efficient, and fully compliant. In this role, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day flight operations—coordinating trips, tracking flights, and supporting crews in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate flight operations in compliance with FAR Part 135 and the General Operations Manual.
• Maintain operational control, including trip coordination, flight tracking, and communication with crews and leadership.
• Plan and manage domestic and international trips, including permits, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor active flights to ensure safety and operational awareness.
• Manage aircraft scheduling and communicate updates across teams.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; aviation-related education preferred.
• Experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or flight coordination preferred.
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or operations coordination.
