Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the flight.
• Conduct safety demonstrations and enforce federal aviation regulations to maintain a secure environment onboard.
• Manage in-flight logistics, including food and beverage service, while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with diverse passengers using multiple languages such as Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Greek, Arabic, French, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Japanese, Thai, Hindi, Dutch, Czech, Turkish, Cantonese, Danish, Khmer, Italian, and others.
• Identify client needs and offer tailored financial solutions as a Life Financial Professional—educating clients on insurance options, investments, retirement planning and other financial products.
• Supervise team members or trainees when applicable; demonstrate leadership in managing in-flight operations and client interactions.
• Handle conflict management situations calmly and professionally to ensure positive resolutions that uphold company standards.
• Maintain organizational skills by completing detailed reports on flight activities and client consultations accurately and promptly.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and aviation regulations while promoting a positive experience for all passengers onboard.

Skills

• Multilingual proficiency in languages including but not limited to English, French, Mandarin, Arabic, Vietnamese, Haitian Creole, Greek, Korean, Russian, Tagalog, Japanese, Thai, Hindi, Dutch, Czech, Turkish, Cantonese, Danish or Khmer.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently through public speaking and active listening.
• Strong customer service orientation combined with hospitality expertise to create welcoming environments onboard.
• Proven management or supervising experience demonstrating leadership capabilities in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of federal aviation regulations (FARs) relevant to passenger safety and airline operations.
• Excellent logistics coordination skills to manage time effectively during flights and client meetings.
• Ability to handle conflict management tactfully while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Organizational skills necessary for maintaining accurate records of flight activities and client interactions.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per hour
