Flight Simulator Instructor A320 / 737 MAX Morning Shift (9AM - 3PM) Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Flight Simulator Instructor to guide customers through thrilling, realistic flight experiences using our professional Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320 cockpits.
All candidates must have experience with the A320 or 737MAX in flight simulator programs such as Microsoft Flight Simulator (MFS), Prepar3D, or similar platforms. Professional experience is preferred, but not necessary.

This role focuses on providing an engaging and memorable experience for individuals of all skill levels, ensuring they enjoy their time while learning the basics of flight in a fun and entertaining environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through immersive flight simulation experiences using our Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320 cockpits.
- Create a fun and engaging atmosphere where participants can enjoy realistic flight experiences, whether it’s their first time or they’re returning enthusiasts.
- Explain the basics of aviation, aircraft systems, and flight controls in a way that’s entertaining and easy to understand for non-pilots.
- Assist customers in taking off, navigating, and landing aircraft in various scenarios and conditions.
- Ensure customers feel comfortable and supported throughout the experience, adjusting the level of difficulty based on their preferences.
- Perform pre-flight checks and ensure the simulators are in top operational condition before each session.
- Maintain the simulator environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and ready for use.
- Provide light technical support for simulator equipment as needed and report any issues for maintenance.
- Contribute to the overall entertainment value by tailoring each session to the interests and abilities of participants.
Requirements:
- Candidates MUST be available from 9AM - 3PM on weekdays (Morning Shift)
- Experience using flight simulators such as Microsoft Flight Simulator (MFS), Prepar3D, or similar platforms.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and educational experience for participants of all ages and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain aviation concepts in an entertaining and easy-to-understand manner.
- Enthusiasm for aviation and a passion for providing memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with simulator equipment and ensure the simulators are functioning correctly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or entertainment role is a plus.
