Role Overview

The Flipkart Account Manager will be responsible for managing and scaling Aditi Toys’ online business on Flipkart. This includes improving product visibility, increasing sales, managing toy category listings, planning promotions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Account Management

  • Manage the full P&L of Aditi Toys' Flipkart account.
  • Drive sales growth month-on-month through strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong coordination with Flipkart category managers for toys and kids’ products.

2. Product Listing & Content Optimization

  • Create, upload, and optimize listings for toys across categories.
  • Ensure all content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) follows Flipkart standards and appeals to parents/kids.
  • Manage A+ content and improve listing quality scores.

3. Inventory, Pricing & Catalog Management

  • Maintain stock levels by coordinating with production & warehouse teams.
  • Implement competitive pricing strategies based on market trends.
  • Upload new SKUs regularly and manage variations (colors, sets, bundles).

4. Promotions & Advertising

  • Plan participation in Flipkart events such as BBD, Big Savings Days, and category sales.
  • Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads for better product visibility and ROI.
  • Develop combo offers, toy bundles, and festive promotions.

5. Operations & Customer Experience

  • Manage order processing, cancellations, returns, and replacement issues.
  • Track logistics defects, penalties, and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with Flipkart seller support for speedy issue resolution.

6. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyze competitor performance in the toys category.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or relevant field (MBA preferred).

Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in marketplace account management (Flipkart experience preferred).
  • Experience in managing toy or kids’ product categories is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Flipkart Market place.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce content, pricing, and promotions.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally (catalogue, warehouse, finance).
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
