The Role:

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and driven Social Media Content Creator who wants to be in the action — not behind a desk.

This is an on-the-road content role where you’ll travel, create, and bring stories to life daily. You’ll work directly with the Flippin’ Live team, capturing content, producing videos, and helping grow a powerful media brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Capture and create daily social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Film real-time moments: home transformations, local businesses, community stories
• Edit and post engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Collaborate on and execute weekly content segments
• Create your own unique content series/segments
• Travel throughout New England to capture stories and moments
• Occasionally be on-camera with energy and personality
• Work alongside the main Flippin’ Live hosts and team
• Help grow followers, engagement, and overall brand presence

• “Flippin’ Food Stops” – Highlighting local restaurants
• “Flip It or Flop It” – Fun, engaging community opinions
• “Before & After Flips” – Real bathroom in home transformation content
• “On the Road with Anthony” – Day-in-the-life entrepreneurship
• “Community Spotlight” – Local businesses & real stories

Who You Are:

• High-energy, outgoing, and fun on camera
• Passionate about social media, content, and storytelling
• Comfortable talking to new people, setting up segments, and being in public settings
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinker who can bring ideas to life
• Willing to travel regularly throughout New England
• Able to follow direction and create independently
• Hungry to grow with a brand and be part of something big

Requirements:

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube
• Basic video camera shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Understanding of social media trends and engagement
• Must live in New England and be comfortable talking to people, directing, and setting up storyline
• Must be available for travel, including nights and weekends when needed

Compensation:

Base + Performance Model (Built for Growth):

• Base Salary: $60,000 – $85,000
• Performance Bonuses tied to:
• Follower growth
• Video views & engagement
• Content consistency
• Segment performance

Top performers can earn $100,000 - $130,000
