Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of Missouri

• Float LPNs must be available for on-call shifts and willing to work at various locations as needed

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care and monitor resident health

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed

• Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members

• Document care accurately and timely

• Support a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
