What we’re looking for: Someone to provide back-up Teller/CSR support to branches that are short-handed on staff. Someone who can work in various locations based on branch need. Someone skilled in tasks associated with Teller and CSR roles.

What you’ll do:

• Professionally assist customers with concerns and/or questions that may be discussed during the transaction and refer to Supervisor or other departments as needed.
• Work towards achieving continued satisfaction and retention of existing customers by promoting and educating them about products that will further benefit their banking experience with RCB Bank.
• Balance drawer at the end of shift and report any outages to Teller Supervisor.

What you must have:

• Minimum one (1) year of proven customer service experience.
• Customer service and cash handling experience.
• Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes.
• High school diploma or GED

There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position.
