Floater HVAC Maintenance Technician (Certified)

Job Summary

DNR / Crystal Properties is hiring a certified HVAC Technician with strong experience in troubleshooting, system replacements, and refrigerant handling. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of R410A systems and experience upgrading to newer refrigerant technologies. This is a floater position, requiring work across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and upgrade residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Perform full system change-outs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and control boards
• Perform leak detection and refrigerant recovery/recharge
• Conduct preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Follow OSHA and EPA regulations
• Maintain accurate service documentation

Requirements

• HVAC Certification (required)
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Experience with HVAC troubleshooting and system replacement
• Strong knowledge of R410A systems
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred: 3+ years of experience, multi-family/commercial experience, bilingual (English/Spanish).

Note: We provide a gas allowance; you must have your own car.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
