Overview
We are seeking a versatile Floater to join our team, providing essential maintenance, janitorial, delivery, and retail support across various departments and locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic environment. Duties

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards across all facilities.
• Conduct custodial tasks such as restroom sanitation and floor care, including buffing and polishing surfaces.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks like minor repairs, painting, and facility upkeep to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Support delivery operations by transporting packages, supplies, or equipment between locations or to customers as needed.
• Provide retail support by assisting customers with their inquiries, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation.
• Collaborate with team members to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning, maintenance, and delivery activities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning procedures.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
