Responsibilities

- Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Promote child welfare by ensuring a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support children's development.
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall health and fitness.
- Utilize Montessori principles where applicable to enhance learning experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of lesson planning techniques and curriculum development.
- Expertise in early childhood education principles and childhood development theories.
- Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that caters to diverse learning styles.
- Proficient in classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior.
- Familiarity with child welfare practices and regulations.
- Experience in teaching physical education or related activities is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
