Floater to join our team and support classrooms as needed throughout the day.
Position Overview:
As a
Childcare Floater, you will work across multiple classrooms, assisting lead and assistant teachers in caring for children, implementing curriculum activities, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, works well with different age groups, and thrives in a team-oriented setting.
Duties
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in classrooms with children aged 0–5, including infants, waddlers, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Support daily routines such as meals, diapering/toileting, naptime, and play.

Help implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.

Step into classrooms on short notice and adapt quickly to different teaching styles and needs.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred.

Ability to work with children from infants to preschoolers.
-
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
-
Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are a must.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor.
