We are a non profit preschool seeking a floating teacher to join our community. We are looking for a teacher who enjoys child- led play based learning. You will get to steo into all the classrooms and help out where needed. We value are floaters and they are the glue that holds the team together.

work till 5:45pm Monday- Friday

- Sets an example for children with an attitude of positive communication,
solving, openness, patience, and firmness.
- Lives the Open Door values of Equity, Village, Child-led and Play to ensure that
the classroom and school atmosphere is one of welcome and support to all
children and families.
- Maintain direct communication daily with parents and families to provide
updates in person, via class newsletters and electronically through Brightwheel.
- Implement approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance
with emergent curriculum practices, including activities that promote gross + fine
motor development, cognitive, social and emotional development, and
multi-cultural experiences.
Education: must have high school degree (CDA preferred but not required)Benefits: paid time off, sick leave, health insurance, dental, vision, paid holidays
