We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and flexible Preschool Floater Teacher to support our classrooms and team throughout the day. In this role, you’ll step into Infant, Preschool, and School-Age classrooms to provide coverage during breaks while keeping students engaged, safe, and supported.

Responsibilities
- Provide classroom coverage during teacher breaks (Infant, Preschool, School-Age)
- Support and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Encourage development in literacy, math, social skills, and creativity
- Use positive behavior management to maintain classroom structure
- Assist children with individual needs, including special needs support
- Communicate effectively with staff and administration
- Maintain compliance with licensing regulations (Title 22)
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children (preschool or childcare setting preferred)
- ECE units or degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
