We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good behavior.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Support children with special needs or developmental delays through tailored activities and individualized attention.
Experience
- Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- Skills in behavior management, classroom management, and effective communication with both children and parents are required.
- Experience with infant care or special education is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid is desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided.
