Summary

As a Lead Teacher at Innovation Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experiences of children in our before and after school programs. Located in the United States, this position is essential for fostering a nurturing environment that promotes learning, creativity, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Oversee classroom management to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
• Provide individualized support to students with varying needs, including those with disabilities.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to communicate student progress and program updates.
• Integrate fun activities into the curriculum to enhance learning experiences.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and observations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field preferred
• At least 1–2 years of experience working with children in a school or licensed childcare setting
• Ability to lead groups of children independently and responsibly
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills
• Must pass background checks and meet all Colorado licensing requirements
