Floating Maintenance Technician - HVAC Certified

We seek a Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas-based on-call HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team!

Your role is to float from property to property (usually at one property for several days in a row) and make repairs/perform maintenance for the community while delivering excellent customer service to residents. With the scenery and location regularly changing, you will never get bored with reporting to one location or working with one group of residents.

You will report to the operations manager that oversees multiple accounts.

Location:

Multiple sites across Dallas-Ft. Worth

What You Will Do:

• Utilize your HVAC training and maintenance skills to complete quality service work orders efficiently
• Collaborate with onsite team members for ideas and solutions
• Work mostly indoors
• Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams
• Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service
• Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call duty

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of maintenance//make-ready experience in multifamily housing plus the following credentials/skills:

• A valid driver's license (required)
• HVAC certification
• Passion for fixing/making repairs
• Ability to work alone or with a team
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow
• A keen eye for detail
• Proactively juggle/complete multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Politely communicate with residents, onsite staff, and management
• A positive attitude
