Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and adaptable Floating Teller to join our team! In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional customer service across multiple branches, ensuring smooth banking operations and fostering strong customer relationships. Your proactive approach will help maintain operational excellence and support our customers’ financial needs with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Duties

• Deliver friendly, efficient service to customers at various branch locations, handling transactions accurately and swiftly.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and other banking transactions while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including balancing cash drawers, processing debits and credits, and ensuring accurate cash management.
• Collaborate with team members across branches to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different branch environments while maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.
• Strong communication skills

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. at a time
• May require standing or sitting for long periods of time
