We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals with prior experience in hospital or diagnostics operations such as Front Desk, Reception, Marketing, or Floor Management, who are interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and generate business for the organization through hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and plan field marketing activities.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital or diagnostics setup (Front Desk / Reception / Marketing / Floor Manager roles preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
