Job Description

The Floor Executive will be responsible for coordinating patient movement, assisting doctors and nursing staff, and ensuring a smooth, comfortable experience for patients and attendants across hospital floors.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and assist patients through registration, consultation, diagnostics, and procedures
• Coordinate patient flow between OPD, diagnostics, wards, and operation theatres
• Support doctors, nurses, and front-desk teams in daily operations
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to hospital protocols
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate concerns when required
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and proper movement within assigned areas
• Ensure timely communication between departments
• Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and patient-care standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduation preferred
• Experience in hospital operations, patient care, or front-office coordination preferred
• Freshers with good communication and patient-handling skills may also apply
• Polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work in shifts and handle patient flow during peak hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
