Position: Floor Incharge / In-House Operations Manager

**Location:** Kotputli

Job Summary

The Floor Incharge / In-House Operations Manager is responsible for smooth daily operations of the assigned hospital floor/ward, ensuring quality patient care, coordination among departments, and adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Experience

* Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

* Monitor patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.

* Address patient and attendant concerns promptly.

* Ensure patient satisfaction and feedback management.

Staff Supervision & Coordination

* Supervise nursing staff, ward boys, housekeeping, and support staff on the floor.

* Ensure proper duty roster and attendance management.

* Conduct regular briefings and monitor staff performance.

* Coordinate with doctors for patient care updates.

Operational Management

* Ensure smooth daily functioning of the ward/floor.

* Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control practices.

* Ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment.

* Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, billing, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.

Compliance & Documentation

* Ensure adherence to hospital policies and NABH guidelines (if applicable).

* Maintain proper patient records and documentation.

* Report incidents, complaints, and critical events to management.

* Ensure safety protocols and fire safety compliance.

Emergency Handling

* Respond effectively to emergencies and critical patient situations.

* Coordinate during code blue or medical emergencies.

* Ensure escalation to senior management when required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Nursing.

* MBA (Hospital Administration) preferred.

* 3–7 years of hospital operations experience
