Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Floor In-Charge / Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily operations in our garage workshop. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing a team of mechanics/technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day workshop operations
• Assign tasks to mechanics and monitor job progress
• Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles
• Coordinate with Service Advisor and Workshop Manager
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workshop
• Check quality of work before vehicle delivery
• Ensure proper usage of tools and equipment
• Prepare daily progress reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in a similar role (Garage / Workshop / Automotive)
• Strong knowledge in mechanical repairs (diesel/petrol)
• Ability to lead a team and handle work pressure
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Familiar with workshop tools and equipment
• Immediate joiners preferred
