FLOOR INCHARGE (FEMALE)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Timings: 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned floor/department.
• Supervise and coordinate with nursing and support staff.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and quality care.
• Manage patient flow, admissions and discharges.
• Coordinate with other departments for patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organization of the floor.
• Perform all the other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
