Position Summary

Job Title: Retail Floor Manager
Location: Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane
Industry: Retail / Hospitality / Hotel (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Retail Industry
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Role Objective

Assist the Store Manager in delivering 100% guest satisfaction, driving sales growth, and optimizing store profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations

• Support Store Manager in smooth day-to-day operations as per company policies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through active customer interaction
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products using strong sales skills
• Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement areas to management
• Report and resolve maintenance issues impacting customer experience
• Ensure timely submission of operational and MIS reports
• Handle inventory and minimize stock variance
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and uniform standards as per industry benchmarks
• Achieve sales targets while adhering to company rules and processes
• Manage security controls including cash, keys, alarms, and stock
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines set by the company

Team Management

• Train staff on product knowledge, schemes, and service standards
• Supervise staff performance across sales, service, security, presentation, merchandising, and stock control
• Ensure effective manpower utilization and reduce employee turnover
• Identify and create growth paths for high-performing team members

Ideal Candidate Profile (Derived)

• Background in Retail / Hospitality / Hotel operations
• Strong customer handling and sales orientation
• Experience in inventory, team supervision, and store operations
• Comfortable working with targets and compliance-driven environments
