District Kitchen + Cocktails is looking for a Part-Time Floor Manager to help lead service, support the team, and protect the guest experience while also helping the restaurant meet daily and weekly sales goals. This role is ideal for someone who understands that great hospitality and strong sales go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do

• Be a visible, calm, and confident leader on the floor during service
• Support hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff in real time
• Ensure guests are greeted warmly and cared for throughout their experience
• Drive strong service execution that supports check averages, beverage sales, and overall sales goals
• Motivate and coach the team to be intentional with recommendations and guest engagement
• Handle table touches, guest recovery, and special moments with grace
• Keep service running smoothly by anticipating needs and solving issues quickly
• Uphold District’s service standards, culture, and professionalism
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and management team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership or strong lead server experience
• A hospitality-first mindset with an understanding of sales and performance goals
• Confidence coaching servers on menu knowledge, pacing, and upselling — without being pushy
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced environment
• A natural coach who leads by example
• Nights and weekend availability required

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
