Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager / Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, coach, and support servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
  • Assist with scheduling, staff training, and performance management
  • Monitor service flow and coordinate with kitchen leadership
  • Support inventory control and adherence to company policies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (casual upscale preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest recovery skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
