Floor Manager

Job Summary:

I am currently on Round two of interviews. The candidate I am looking for must be 21 and older. Have restaurant experience. The hours that need to be filled are Thursdays 5pm to volume which is usually 11pm or midnight in the summer. Friday and Saturdays it is 430/5pm to volume. Fridays around 1am and Saturdays 2am. I am looking for a manager to lead with confidence, positive motivation and consistency. Able to deal with customers who may be having a bad day. These shifts are not for the shy. You will definitely get your steps in. Pay is dependent on experience. You will be pulling liquor, getting change for the bar and helping with running food when needed as well as enforcing our employee guide. We are a mom and Pop establishment, not corporate detailed.

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise the floor staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and resolve any customer or employee issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and restrooms
- Handle check writing, server close out cash due and tip collection.

- Proficient in cash handling procedures
